FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Do you offer a monthly membership?

I provide independent services; however, most facilities that I conduct business in require monthly memberships or daily drop-in fees for a client to use their facility.

2. Can I transfer any of sessions to someone else?

No! You cannot sell or transfer your sessions to someone else so if sessions are purchased they have to be used by that individual they were originally purchased for.

3. What if I can't do everything in the session? I haven't worked out in a while or have a history of injury?

Session will be modified based on your training status/readiness. These modifications are made with your safety in mind.
